In Manila NCM has, together with Philippine Transmarine Carriers (PTC) established an office that is supplying Filipino crew complements from senior officers, including Masters, down to ratings.

Through the associated partner in Spain (Ibernor S.L.), NCM is also supplying South and Central American junior officers.

The Polish and Croatian alternative consist of highly professional seafarers of all categories with broad experience from all types of tonnage.

In Ukraine NCM has established a cooperation with the company NCM-Ukraine supplying Ukrainian officers and ratings for both chemical and dry cargo vessels.

Together with Sino Star Marine Services PTE, LTD Singapore, NCM has entered into a Joint Venture being able to develop and offer Chinese crew compliment to our customers.
